About Your Fun, Fearless and Occasionally Fearsome Instructors:
Bridget Hughes M.Ac., L.Ac., NBCCH is the author of Unlocking the Heart of Healing. She is an executive coach, corporate consultant, founder of Healing Point Acupuncture & Healing Arts, is a licensed acupuncturist with a Master’s degree from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, holds National Board Certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, is a certified Qigong instructor and is the creator of The Unlocking the Heart of Healing Meditation Experience. At this point of vast and varied experience in life, Bridget has become unwaveringly certain that pretty much whatever your life question may be: philosophically, in relation to life purpose, how to heal, how to be happy, how to have a better meditative and elevated consciousness, how to make a meaningful contribution to all humanity, and how to make dogs love you and songbirds want to sit and trill joyfully on your shoulder . . . meditative dance is the answer!
J. Abling is a respected and renowned instructor of Argentine Tango. He's been teaching tango for almost 20 years, and in that time has taught all over the country and in Europe. J has a unique style of teaching that brings in a wealth of life experience, including his own injury and healing. Drawing upon his own path to healing, along with his knowledge in fields such as martial arts, body mechanics, and music, J has a metaphor that fits every situation and every student. He approaches both tango and teaching in an organic and fluid fashion that engages, challenges, and enlightens participants of all levels. J and his wife, Rachel, teaches Argentine tango in Annapolis.
